ALCOA Research Center opened in 1929 as a site for producing aluminum products. The Lab sits on the hillside overlooking the city of New Kensington and Allegheny River. This was a booming industry site and was the employer for most of the surrounding community. The Lab closed and sat as an empty sight for several years.
The New Kensington Redevelopment Authority in collaboration with Steve Kubrick (a private investor) have begun efforts to rebuild the ALCOA Research Lab. The lab is now looking to provide prospective clients with a build to suit opportunity. We hope to be able to provide potential tenants with what they need to originate their new business or keep their current business profitable.
No business is an island – we know that better than anyone. We're always looking for complementary services to offer our clients.
We work with small-, medium-, and large-sized businesses to help them either get started or expand into new territories. Start your next chapter now.
