Mr. Kubrick, 

I just wanted to thank you for what you are doing with what we grew up affectionately "The Old Alcoa Building."


​I grew up across the street from the front entrance, and I am happy to know that a historical part of New Kensington will be revitalized. My only additional hope is that the city can be revitalized as well.

Alcoa Labs developer obtains $1.2 million, low-interest state loan

New Kensington developer Steve Kubrick had a lot to smile about on Tuesday in addition to celebrating his 25th wedding  anniversary with his wife, Danielle, he also got the news that his redevelopment of the former Alcoa Research Laboratories was approved for a $1.2 million, low-interest state loan.
